How it works
What kind of protein is it made from?
How we make it?
Prepared with care.
- Meats, fish & organs are cleaned, descaled, slice or chopped in sterile prep facility.
- Quickly placed on drying racks in careful batches.
- Air dried gently at 68 °C for 18-24 hours depending on protein.
- Set out to cool in stainless steel trays.
- Packed in foil-lined packaging to reduce UV exposure and extend shelf-life. this also ensures a longer shelf life and maximum nutrition retention.

How do I pick a treat?
Select a treat you think your dog will love or try out our trial-try-box which has one of each protein (meat, poultry, game & seafood)
Is it safe for my puppy or cat?
Yes! It is safe for puppies and cats.
Puppy Parents:
- Looking for a tasty snack - we recommend starting off with pure meaty treats such as chicken breast, beef liver, roo jerky etc.
- Looking for dental chews for bite training and teething - we recommend chicken necks, roo meaty tails & goat hooves.
** SUPERVISION IS ESSENTIAL **
** Note: Just be mindful some treats do contain bone/cartilage which has been dehydrated to make it brittle so it can be chewed on and broken down easily.
Where do we source our protein?
We strive to source local and ethical produce when it comes to our products.
- Grass fed meats/organ meats are sourced from local butchers & meat production companies.
- Wild game meats/organ meats are sourced via local farms and livestock collectors, we also source organ meats from local butchers.
- Poultry is sourced from chicken and duck farms and poultries.
- Seafood is sourced from fishmongers and seafood shops around the Port Phillip Bay, Victoria.
Orders
When will I receive my order?
Once received, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days and dispatched.
** You will be given an ETA at checkout depending on which shipping rate you select.
We ship from our facility in Geelong, Victoria AU.
AusPost DOMESTIC:
AU same state delivery times:
- Parcel Post: 2-4 Business days
- Express Post: 1-3 Business days
AU interstate delivery times:
- Parcel Post: 3-6 Business days
- Express Post: 1-3 Business days
AusPost INTERNATIONAL (New Zealand)

I made a mistake, can I change my order?
Yes you may, provided it's within a 6 hour period. If we've already dispatched your box, you can contact us to organise a reimbursement if refund conditions are satisfied.
You may also make changes within that 6 hour period from your customer account.
I received the wrong treat, what do I do?
If you believe you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.
My order has not arrived yet, what happened?
If there are delays with your order, you will be informed ahead of time by Australia Post or Sendle (for some NZ customers), if for some reason that hasn't happened please contact them and provide your tracking number and they will update you.
What does my order look like when it arrives?
Your order will be delivered in a box with insulated bubble wrap for protection, depending on what size you selected, your treat bag will arrive in:
- 200g: Yellow treat pouch
- 1kg Bigger Bag: White stand up pouch
- Supplements: White HDPE sealed bottle with 2.5g measuring spoon.

How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees depend on your location & destination country
AU Domestic:
- Regular (Parcel Post): $10.20 ($15.75 over 1kg)
- Express Post: $13.20 ($19.75 over 1kg)
International (New Zealand):
- Regular (Parcel Post): $16.80 ($26.90 over 1kg)
Can I track my delivery?
You will receive email or text notifications informing you of your delivery progress.
When delivery is complete you'll receive photo proof via text or email.
You can also track your order by entering your tracking number into our track your order.
Where do we deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post.
We also deliver to:
- New Zealand.
- Canada.
- United Kingdom.
Via appropriate international carrier.
Is there a contactless delivery option?
You may request it via the shopping cart note
Feeding & Storage
How much should I feed my dog?
Please refer to the feeding guide on each product page.
As delayed below:
FEEDING:
- Small Dogs (up to 7 kg):
Serving Size per day: 10grams. - Medium Dogs (7-18 kg):
Serving Size per day: 30 grams. - Large Dogs (18-32 kg):
Serving Size per day: 50grams. - Extra Large Dogs (32 kg+):
Serving Size per day: 70grams.
How often should I feed my dog a treat?
Most likely recommended to feed 1-2 treats once or twice a day
- Moderation is key: Even healthy treats should be given in moderation to avoid overfeeding and potential digestive upset. Consult with your veterinarian or pet nutritionist if you have any concerns about your dog's diet.
How should I store them?
Keep in cool spot away from direct sunlight.
How long do the treats last?
SHELF LIFE: 10-12 months.
I think my dog may be sick, what do I do?
Although highly unlikey, it isn't unwise to assume some stomach issues may arise if your dog is sensitive to some ingredients.
We do have a detailed "considerations" section for each treat, be sure to read carefully prior to purchasing.
Consult with your veterinarian or pet nutritionist if you have any concerns about your dog's diet.
Subscriptions
Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course, you are free to cancel anytime using your customer account.
Please read our subscription policy for more details.
How does a subscription work?
- Simply choose a treat, topper or supplement and select "subscribe now" which gives you a lifetime discount.
- Select the applicable frequency of delivery (eg. every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc)
- You then follow the prompts to checkout and place an order as usual.
- Your preferred payment method will be stored with your permission as a recurring charge based on the frequency you have selected.
- You can log into your customer account to make changes, pause or cancel a subscription.
What if I accidentally subscribed?
No worries, just contact us and let us know and we'll cancel your plan.
You can go back and purchase on a one-time purchase option.
Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept standard debit payments, paypal, apple pay, google pay and shop pay.
We also offer and accept buy-now pay-later options such as Afterpayand PayPal pay-in-4.
These options are only for one-time purchases - not subscriptions; except for PayPal which can be used for subscriptions.
Can I use PayPal, Upbank or Apple Pay to pay for subscriptions?
Yes you can, just follow through with your checkout process as if you were paying with PayPal or Apple Pay.
